Thank you so much for choosing Drop My Drape Creations to make your event memorable.
By paying your 50% non-refundable deposit, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
General Terms
You agree to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total quote, with the remaining balance due 72 hours prior to your event.
If you must cancel your event setup, your initial deposit may be reallocated to another date and time, based on availability, up to two times. Preparing your balloons starts several days before your event; if you need to cancel your event within 72 hours of the date, you will be subject to additional materials costs if you wish to reschedule.
Backdrop and prop rentals are subject to availability. If your desired backdrop or prop is not available for your date, DMDP will provide you with other preferred vendors you may rent from directly. Their terms and conditions apply.
Backdrop and Prop Rentals
All backdrops, floral pieces, and props are available for rent only, and will be picked up by Drop My Drape after your event at a predetermined date and time. Rental props and backdrops are quality-checked before your event, and are expected to be returned in the condition they were initially rented to you. You will be liable for any damage or missing items. If a backdrop or prop is being used for an outdoor setup, they must be moved indoors and away from the elements overnight, or will need to be picked up by Drop My Drape the evening of your event.
Balloon Care and Warnings
Balloons are fragile, and should be handled with care. Please keep little hands away from your balloon setup as they can be a choking hazard for children and pets. If you or anyone at your event have a latex allergy, please let Drop My Drape know prior to paying your deposit. Unfortunately, Drop My Drape will not be able to complete your project if any latex allergies are known. Drop My Drape is not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur without prior knowledge of the allergy. Balloons should be kept away from sharp objects, extreme heat, and extreme cold. In the heat, balloons will expand, and in cold balloons will shrink. As such, this may result in popping over time. This is normal and to be expected, but balloons are happiest at a nice room temperature! Balloons go through a natural oxidation process when outdoors - clear balloons will begin to look cloudy and colored balloons will take on a velvety-matte look. As such, outdoor balloons have a life expectancy of 1-2 days. Indoor balloons have a life expectancy of 4+ weeks. Helium balloons will float for only 12-18 hours before they begin to lose their height. While we use only the highest quality balloons and take every precaution to ensure you get the most life out of your balloons, we are not responsible for any loss of float, pops, or balloon damage after the balloons are in your possession.
We reserve the right to cancel your event setup for any reason prior to your event. If this occurs, we will refund you all fees minus your non-refundable booking fee unless otherwise discussed.
We Do not offer any refunds.
